HSA Bank Transition  On October 24, your HSA banking will transition from JPMorgan Chase Bank to HSA Bank  Replacement debit cards will be sent to your homes mid-October  All balances will automatically be transferred to your new card – there are no blackout dates  Begin using the new card on October 24. The Chase card will be deactivated at the same time  You can still access all account information on mycigna.com  If you currently have automatic claim payments with Chase Bank, you will need to re-enroll after HSA bank transition
