Members stay in this stage until their year-to-date costs reach [$4,700]. Understanding Drug Formulary Terms  Formulary Exception: Members can ask the plan to make an exception to the coverage rules  Transition Process: A newly eligible member, switching plans or having a change in level of health care, can receive a one-time 30-day supply of their current medication(s).
