2013/2014 Executive Committee Goals 1. Define and create a "best practices" iModules web site. 2. Drive iModules to provide whatever additional functionality is needed to achieve the goal above. 3. Support, endorse, provide training for, and use the pending iModules tool. (The replacement for "Harris Connect".) 4. Support, endorse and participate in greater exchange of ideas and "best practices" for webmasters, class web sites and class communication. 5. Identify those classes for which either no web site exists or the one that exists is long-lapsed and/or in need of updating. 6. Once and for all, settle the years' long debate: Is "webmaster” ONE word or TWO? 4 ✓

What is iModules?  Online platform with variety of tools including:  Marketing  Content Management (websites)  Events  Directory  The College uses it for giving, events, s and websites  Each class, club and affiliated group has its own iModules community  iModules communities are only provisioned by the College once officers reach out for training and administrative access  Currently, the College is supporting and content management/websites for alumni communities 25 ✓

iModules Training and Support  To receive training on marketing or CMS (websites), contact the Alumni Help Desk at or call (603)  For support after being trained or any questions, contact Siobhan Kearney at who will either answer your question or find the answer to your question.  Alumni volunteer resources page is being updated regularly. 26 ✓

Gathering Classmate Addresses  Refer to the Alumni Directory insert in COW registration packet.  Encourage classmates to go directly to the Alumni Directory rather than collecting classmate addresses yourself. Alumni.dartmouth.edu/directoryAlumni.dartmouth.edu/directory  If you receive new or updated addresses from classmates, forward them to The chain should show that the alumnus is giving approval for Dartmouth to add their address to the College database.  In November Alumni Relations will send a postcard to all alumni for whom we do not have addresses asking them to update information in the alumni directory and giving instructions on how to do so. 42 ✓
