Constitution of India & U N C R P D It is also necessary to include provisions which reaffirm the new rights that have been incorporated in the UNCRPD, which are recognized by the Constitution of India, but which have not been included in any of the existing disability legislation. This is required by the Indian Constitution are appropriately customized for persons with disabilities.
