The Russian Embassy School in Indonesia Healthy Lifestyle Done by Svetkina Daria, grade 9. Jakarta,2015

Statistics According to the statistics from school doctor there were 83 cases of various diseases among the pupils of our school during the previous school year. This means that the problem of a healthy lifestyle is one of the most essential problems nowadays. It is the reason for writing this work.

Introduction × Good health supports and strengthens the man himself, allows him to live a long and full life of joy. × Healthy lifestyle is an individual system of human behavior, it provides physical, mental and social well- being in the environment and active longevity.

Key elements of a healthy lifestyle: × rational regime of work and rest; × the deliverance of bad habits; × physical activity; × personal hygiene; × balanced diet.

Regime of work and rest × Rational regime of work and rest is a necessary element of a healthy lifestyle. Correct functioning of the body rhythm creates optimal conditions for work and leisure, promotes good health, improves efficiency and increases productivity.

Healthy eating - it's food for the growth, development and normal human activity, contributing to better health and disease prevention. Compliance with the rules of a healthy diet combined with regular physical activity reduces the risk of chronic diseases and disorders such as obesity, cardiovascular disease, diabetes, high blood pressure and cancer.

× Fruits and vegetables are definitely the healthiest food.

Every year, it kills about 28,000 people. This is the second cause of death after smoking in the United States. Russia, the country is developing fast food, one of the five most obese countries: 26% of Russians are obese and another 25% - are overweight.

The role of bad habits × The next link of a healthy lifestyle is to eliminate bad habits such as smoking, drugs, alcohol. These habits are the cause of many health disorders, dramatically reduce lifetime and efficiency, negatively affect the health of the younger generation and the health of future children.

× Physical activity is an essential condition of a healthy lifestyle. It is based on systematic physical exercises and sports. × Sports not only makes us beautiful and toned, but also makes you feel confident and improves health. Sometimes falls can not be avoided...

After the sport, you need to refresh yourself with water.

Conclusion × × Health helps us to fulfill our plans, to solve successfully basic life tasks, to overcome difficulties. Good health, reasonable for supporting and strengthening the man himself, gives him a long and active life.
