 State Medical Insurance should cover not only simple treatment but also the most expensive operations, aftertreatment and abroad treatment if necessary.

 Primary and secondary education are obligatory and free.  Higher education can be free or commercial.  The State should plan what specialists it wants and provide free education in this field.  If a person wants to get a different profession he can choose commercial form of education for reasonable money.

 The service in Police should be prestigious.  Only the most decent and honest people with high moral qualities should be allowed to serve there.

 The State needs strong Army to protect itself from outside enemies.  High military technologies should be developed.

 The quality of our life nowadays depends on the environment.  The State should take care of nature and prohibit harmful projects.  It should be responsible for products people eat.

 The source of money is a taxation system. In a welfare state taxation usually includes a larger income tax for people with higher incomes, called a progressive tax. This helps to reduce the income gap between the rich and poor.

The main principals of a welfare state:  No corruption in the government;  Strong patriotic ideology;  Careful planning in the economics;  Honest work of every citizen.
