The action plan should include: 1. Commissioning, organizing and coordinating the assessment 2. Consulting workers’ representatives on arrangements for the appointment of those who will make the assessments 3. Providing the necessary information, training, resources and support to assessors who are the employer’s own employees

Fit open able windows, doors and gates with safety devices if needed 2. Keep the workplace and equipment clean 3. Ensure that areas are big enough to allow easy movement 4. Inform about any potential hazards about chemicals or other substances used by firm 5. Prevent or control exposure to substances that may damage your health 6. Ensure that the right warning signs are provided and looked after 7. Provide workstations to suit the employees and the work
