APPROVED RESOLUTIONS 2014 RLECC RESOLUTION No. CAR02 s RESOLUTION URGING THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVES OF BUGUIAS, KABAYAN AND BOKOD, BENGUET AND KIANGAN, IFUGAO THROUGH THEIR BARANGAY CHAIRMAN WHOSE AREA OF JURISDICTION ARE WITHIN MOUNT PULAG NATIONAL PARK (MPNP) TO STRENGTHEN THE MONITORING, PROTECTION AND REPORTING OF FOREST DESTRUCTION WITHIN THE PARK. Stemmed from the briefing presentation of DENR regarding Programs on Mt. Pulag Protection. Endorsed to DILG on March 31, 2015.

APPROVED RESOLUTIONS 2015 RLECC RESOLUTION No. CAR01 s URGING THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNITS, THROUGH THE LOCAL CHIEF EXECUTIVES, AND THE PUBLIC INFORMATION AGENCY TO WIDELY DISSEMINATE THE NON-EXISTENCE AND NON-RECOGNITION OF GOVERNMENT AGENCIES OF THE CORDILLERA PEOPLE’S LIBERATION ARMY AND ANYONE CLAIMING TO BE MEMBERS OF THE ORGANIZATION Stemmed from the briefing presentation of RID,PRO-COR regarding CPLA. Endorsed to DILG and PIA on March 31, 2015.

Sub-Committee on Crimes Against Morals, Firearms, Ammunition and Explosive Control Campaign against VAWC 62 – arrested for child abuse 196 – filed child abuse cases 6 – arrested for prostitution 17 – arrested for human trafficking 1 – charged in court for human trafficking Campaign against Organized Crime Groups/Criminal Gangs 36 – neutralized gang members

Sub-Committee on Dangerous Drugs, Controlled Precursor & Chemical Essentials Anti-Illegal Drug Campaign 185 – arrested drug personalities 217 – filed cases 1 – group neutralized 41 – marijuana eradications which led to the destruction of PhP 314,454, worth marijuana plants Livelihood Project SOALP – Sericulture and Other Agri-related Livelihood Project Spearheaded by DA-CAR as recommended by PDEA Promoted in areas with the highest marijuana confiscations

Sub-Committee on Women and Child Abuse Advocacies Regional Haven for Girls and Women  Open to volunteer groups in support to the disadvantaged and abused women needing protective custody and psychosocial care Women and Children’s Protection Desk

Sub-Committee on Civic Involvement and Public Information Arnis/Defense Tactics Training to barangay tanods and interested members of the community through the Cordillera Administrative Region Training Service (CARTS) Information drives through the PIA and DEPED in schools regarding law enforcement Inclusion of the elders of the community as members of the School Governing Councils.

Sub-Committee on Tourism Establishment of the Tourist Assistance Centers (TACs) and Tourist Assistance Desks (TADs)

Sub-Committee on Labor and Employment Information dissemination through a Memorandum of Understanding between POEA and LGU or other agencies.

Sub-Committee on Environment and Natural Resources Protection Campaign Against Illegal Logging 95 – arrested persons 34 – filed cases Deputation of Anti-Illegal Mining Officers DENR tapped the assistance of PROCOR in stopping illegal mining activities

Sub-Committee on Intelligence Coordination Neutralization of Top Most Wanted Persons 6 – arrested wanted persons with reward 98 – other wanted persons arrested Comprehensive Local Integration Program (CLIP) Issuance of financial support to 6 returning rebels.
