Try to answer these questions about America: What state is New York city in? What is the largest canyon? Where do the movie stars live? What city is best for gambling? What is the capital city? How far is it from NYC to LA? What is the biggest chain of mountains called? Where is Miami? Where are Disney Land and Disney World?
