  Before you go to a dealer go online a look at prices from different web cites and get some information on the car you want.  When buying a car dealers tend to talk a lot about payments,but never talk about the price. This is where you need to step in and ask how much is the whole car worth. Summary II

  I went to a dealership with my father, we went looking for a 2008 F250 that the dealer had mentioned. When we got there, the dealer took us to see the 2012 F250 on the lot, these were way over our budget and we felt like we had been tricked into viewing something we could not afford. Previous experiences

  We really liked the truck and this caused us to spend $36,000 for the 2012 F250 instead of $26,000 for the 2008 F250. Bait and switch was used on us. We now have a truck we did not intend on purchasing and we spent $10,000 more. Previous experiences
