Appendix 6 Before you think it is a failure Before you request service, Please read the user’s manual first and try to solve the problem for the following symptoms. 1) In case the movie is not recorded, check if SD card is not inserted into the main body 2) The movie may not be recorded since small impact can not be detected according to sensitivity of the acceleration sensor. 3) The recorded movies may not identify the license plate of the preceding car according to distance lighting or car speed. 4) If you place bright object or lighting object inside the front glass of the car, it may be reflected on the glass especially at night and make identification difficult. 5) In case movie quality is not good: Check if the lens of the main body is contaminated and clean it with glass gauze, cloth, etc. 6) When the movie contains too much sky or ground, adjust the camera up/down/left/right. 7) If the main body is not powered on, check if the cigar jack of the main body has been properly connected.
