Accessing MyWorkplace (your default Home Page) Note To open your customizable personal page, click “Home Page” under the “My Workplace” tab. This is how the page will look like if you are opening this page for the 1st time. Configuring Lotus Calendar & KijangMail for First Use 1 Step-by-step guide 8 Click the pencil button. In the User Settings page, key in User Name. Enter Internet Password (similar to Webmail/ SameTime/ VDR/EDMS password). Select Sakura (if your dept is not on the Daffodil list). Leave blank (Deletion here will delete email in Lotus Notes). Tick the Email HTML Display box. Select your preferred number of messages to display. Click and move the portlets around according to your preference. However, the default portlets (My K-Hub Contribution, Lotus Mail & Calendar, Info Feeds) cannot be moved.
