Wednesday Morning Prayer Purpose, Process & Procedures

Purpose To Bring the Douglasville & West Georgia Community closer together by providing an opportunity for all people to come together in Prayer. To impact the world by providing an opportunity for all people to conect together in Prayer.

Purpose Five Prayer Areas: 1.Lost Souls 2.Family 3.Leadership  Natural & Spiritual 4.LTLCM and churches in West GA area. 5.Prayer Requests

Process Initiate Prayer with reading of a pertinent Psalm. Pray through five areas under the leading of the Holy Spirit End Prayer in Worship Do not close prayer with AMEN, but rather encourage everyone to stay in the spirit of prayer all day.

Process Venues ◦ LTLCM Sanctuary ◦ Conference Call ◦ Live Internet Stream Time ◦ Wednesday 6-6:30am  Doors, phone lines and stream should be open by 5:55am.

Procedures LTLCM ◦ Arrive at by 5:35 to allow time for set up. ◦ Turn on lights, sound system, projector and computers. ◦ Set out pray request sign, cards and basket. ◦ Start 6am Prayer PowerPoint on Computer 2 ◦ Start Intercession Music from Windows media player on Computer 1. Volume control is labeled on sound board and should be adjusted to balance. ◦ Using cordless mic (Black), proceed to pray. ◦ Make sure facility is secure upon leaving. Leave music playing.

Procedures Conference Call ◦ Per conference call instructions on leadershipteam.ltlcm.org, moderator should sign in by 5:55am. ◦ Hit *5 twice to mute all callers ◦ Hit *9 to set up recording using current date as recording # (i.e {Sept. 4, 2013}) ◦ Close call at 6:30 by hanging up.

Procedures Internet Stream ◦ If using personal computer, one needs a mic or personal headset/headphones with built in mic such as from a cell phone that is plugged into your mic jack on computer. If using church computer (laptop to right), it is already wired into our sound system. ◦ Go to ◦ Click on “LOGIN”  User name “largerthanlifechurch”  Password “church01” ◦ On top left, click on camera icon (Media F5)

Internet Stream (Cont’d) In middle of next screen at top of screen, click on “Live F5” icon On the calendar, click on program for the corresponding date (i.e. 6am prayer on 9/11) On the next screen, say ok to any pop ups about camera, since you are not running one and click on “Start Broadcast” At end of broadcast, click on “stop broadcast.” When prompted to Save Recording, type in “6am Prayer” and the date and then click on “Save”
