My goals for your student.  Master the 10 th, 11 th, and 12 th grade Algebra standards.  Prepare for advanced mathematics classes.  Get organized / stay organized.  Think and express ideas logically.  Use the technology available to facilitate learning.

Supplies & Organization  Binder, 1” minimum, I suggest a heavy-duty version with locking rings  Loose-leaf paper or 3-hole punched notebook with clean-tear edges  Pencils & Erasers (NO PEN!)  Scientific Calculator (TI-30X-IIS recommended) Graphing Calculator (TI-84)  Book Cover (no “sticky stuff”) Online Text & Class Set

Grades  ~50% Tests  ~25%Quizzes  ~25% Daily Work  Project info later in the year.  A – 90%-100  B – 80%-89%  C – 70%-79%  D – 60%-69%  F – below 60%
