Sexual Harassment In school, sexual harassment may be words or actions of a sexual nature that frighten, demean, stigmatize or threaten you because of your sex.

Sexual Harassment Against the Law Level 3 Code of Conduct Violation Title IX Federal Law: No person in the US shall on the basis of sex be excluded from participating in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving federal financial assistance. Flirting vs. Harassment How you intend for your behavior to make the person feel….. How your behavior actually makes the person feel…….

Flirting vs. Harassment If the victim ( person being harassed) is offended/uncomfortable by the offender’s (person responsible for the harassment) actions, then it is sexual harassment. Mutual vs. One Sided
