The following themes are descriptive and open for interpretation to inspire speakers who may not have considered delivering their papers at a Visions Conference. Clear and Present Danger This stream is open to all topics that may be considered "Clear and Present Danger". We anticipate topics could relate to many areas such as engineering safety systems; high risk hazards; and foreseeable dangers. Consultation, Cooperation and Coordination This stream is open to all topics that may be related to consultation and communication issues; management systems; and harmonisation. We anticipate topics could relate to contractor management; construction; OHS consultation; and education and training. We also are looking for topics relating to management/organisational behaviour; human resource; and contractual/procurement issues. Below the surface This stream is open to all topics that may be interpreted as "below the surface". We anticipate topics could relate to many areas; for example underground with research and issues within the mining and energy industries.
