My project is an accommodation website where landlords and/or professional hosts can offer short-term accommodation for London newcomers mainly students and professionals Through the website students and professionals coming from abroad or other UK cities will be able to book an accommodation safely saving the time and the hustle that the search involves They will also have tools to search the placement matching their personal interests, discuss details with hosts, share their experience and read reviews posted by others ELEVATOR PITCH

HOW IT WORKS Summary The user will request information and check availability of the favorites places writing directely to landlords/hosts The user Will search for accommodation based on personal preferences and arrival date User will book and secure the accommodation paying the deposit requested by landlord/host. 20% of the deposit will be charged as website service fee Will allow the conversation through the website. To keep both parts safe contact of parts will be undisclosed and revealed only after booking to avoid scams and frauds The payment will be held by the website until the check-in date and paid to the landlord within 2 working days unless the user informs any irregularity. The landlord/host will answer questions and confirm availability allowing the booking The landlord/ host Will list and showcase a homestay, private or shared rooms in shared houses, studios or whole flats The landlord/host will receive a booking confirmation and will keep the accommodation until the check-in date

REFUND Refunds can be claimed minus website services fee in case of a user being unable to check-in by landlord/host fault or if the accommodation presented is significantly different than described on the website. Users can also use the amount paid to book another accommodation on our website HOW IT WORKS Highlights PAYMENT The landlord/host will get the payment if everything goes well as promised in the website. Their can also claim the deposit in case of no-show or accordingly to the cancellation policy chosen. The website will work exclusively as a bridge between hosts and users facilitating the first contact. The parts will be solely responsible for the relationship created after that including liability of agreeing rental terms, payments and following The Housing Act obligations.
