The Bridge Community Outreach Center The Bridge is a catchy name that also gives us a visual picture of the purpose of the center. The Community Outreach Center is the vision of many and being lead by Chief Tommy Ramirez at the Cameron County Juvenile Justice Center in response to conversations with the leaders, educators and protectors of Harlingen.
