Global Administrator Web Browser & Javascript Global Administrator (GA) is accessed from any computer on the network that can communicate to the Wave IP 2500 system. GA is web-based, developed with Javascript. Logins can be controlled through the local GA database or via existing domain controller credentials. Login credentials also determine which programming applets are visible to each administrative user. << Prev << Prev Next >> Next >> Click to Demo

©2007 Vertical Communications, Inc. Global Administrator Tabs and Applets Administration features are grouped by function in tabs: Within each tab group, control applets provide access to its respective subset of settings. Click for Demo << Prev << Prev Next >> Next >>

©2007 Vertical Communications, Inc. Global Administrator Client Caching Loads static functions such as graphics, etc. to the client system to speed up slow connection interaction. << Prev << Prev Next >> Next >> Click to Demo

©2007 Vertical Communications, Inc. Global Administrator Applets – Administration Tab Contains general administrative tasks. Changes to settings are updated in REAL time. If two or more administrators are making changes at the same time, the changes applied by the last person will remain in effect. << Prev << Prev Next >> Next >> Click to Demo

©2007 Vertical Communications, Inc. Global Administrator Applets – Chassis View Can view all cards in the system in real time. Determine Up/Down status of any card. Can get firmware levels. This is incredibly powerful for remote visibility AND for being able to make revision determinations without opening the system. << Prev << Prev Next >> Next >> Click to Demo Placeholder Only

©2007 Vertical Communications, Inc. Global Administrator Applets – General Settings Can change system mode. Company Information is placed here including Serial Number of the Wave IP PBX (Advanced) tab contains settings for Trunk-to-Trunk transfer. Fault Monitor tab contains all settings for dial-in access to Fault Monitor and System Failure notification. << Prev << Prev Next >> Next >> Click to Demo

©2007 Vertical Communications, Inc. Global Administrator Applets – Restart System Allows remote restart of the Wave IP 2500 system. Very useful for after hours restart needs during remote troubleshooting. << Prev << Prev Next >> Next >> Click to Demo

©2007 Vertical Communications, Inc. Global Administrator Applets – Password Administration Change default passwords and assign user rights. Set user level access. Authentication can be driven via Windows Domain Controller Active Directory. << Prev << Prev Next >> Next >> Click to Demo

©2007 Vertical Communications, Inc. Global Administrator Applets – System Backup/Restore Choose to backup Voic and MOH files as desired. View complete log history of backup and restore procedures performed. Backup to any FTP location, including an off-site server. << Prev << Prev Next >> Next >> Click to Demo
