The Stern Report indicated that society should now be spending between 1-2% of GDP on responding to climate change in order to avoid far larger costs in the future. GEP Said The NI186 Delivery Plan and work around NI188 are showing how difficult it is to secure the resources necessary at a local level to contribute to the national response.
