Missouri’s Lessons Learned Change is hard and it takes a long time Excitement and Innovation is contagious People are ready and excited about and ready for the message and concrete, practical tools People are more apt to engage in things if it’s easy or simplified Scheduled team meetings or phone calls give needed structure Missouri is different – lines get blurred – we were engaging in COP activities before there was a COP!
