Failure of the Application to meet all of the threshold requirements (Scoring 15 points within the Pre- Application & Threshold Question Sections) will result in the Application not being funded during the NAHP Cycle. In addition, within the CD2 Annual Cycle, failure of the Applicant to score at least 102 total points on the final application will result in the Application not being funded during the NAHP Cycle. 13
Additionally, within the Non-Profit Operating Pool, failure of the Applicant to score at least 50% of the total points on the final application will result in the Application not being funded during the NAHP Cycle. Altering the Application questions in any way will automatically disqualify the application and result in the Applicant not being funded. 14
Demolition can be included with any eligible activity and it does not have to be on the same site with the other activity. The Citizen Participation Plan is optional. 15
