How Do We Buy? Most of our construction requirements are fulfilled with our Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC). Potential subcontractors can view posted requirements for the VISN 8 South MATOC construction holders via the Vendor Portal website. The North MATOC has reached its maximum limitation and all solicitations are posted on FedBizOpps.Gov (FBO).FedBizOpps.Gov Register via the Vendor Portal site: 7

9 P.L Set-Aside Authorities Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB): Competitive – Unlimited by dollar value Sole Source – Limited to $5M Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB): Competitive – Unlimited by dollar value Sole Source – Limited to $5M As a result of Public Law , VA is authorized to award sole source contracts and/or set aside contracts for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). From 01/01/2008 to 09/30/2014, the VA OIG Office of Investigations indicted 44 individuals/ companies; arrested 40 individuals; and as of 09/30/2014, convicted 33 individuals/ companies, resulting in $13.9M in fines and court-ordered forfeitures. In each of these cases, Federal suspension/debarment was pursued. As of 09/30/2014, there are 81 open investigative SDVOSB cases.
