Meaning for Man in the River of Time Ecclesiastes 1:1-4

Generations Pass in Vanity Life goes on (Ecclesiastes 1:1-4) Human accomplishments are soon forgotten (Ecclesiastes 2:15-17; 4:13-16; Psalm 103:15-16) We have no clear view of the future (Ecclesiastes 6:12)

God Remains Time does not pass for Him (Psalm 90:4-6) He endures through every human generation (Psalm 102:24)

God’s Mercy, Truth, Faithfulness, Goodness, Word & Dominion endure with Him His Mercy & Truth (Psalm 100:5) His Faithfulness & Goodness (Psalm 119:90-91) His Word (Psalm 105:8; 1 Peter 1:24-25) His Dominion (Psalm 145:13; Daniel 4:34)

In the River of Time Serving God is all that Matters This is Man’s All (Eccl. 12:8-13) Serving and Praising our Eternal God gives our temporary lives eternal significance (Psalm 79:13; 145:3-4; 45:17)
