Sample Data Team Meeting Agenda Essential Question: How can we use data to determine appropriate instructional delivery that meets the needs of all students? Goal: Utilize the problem solving process to meet academic and behavioral needs of our students. Objectives: Review Profile Sheet alignment for academic concerns. Guiding Questions:  What does your Tier I instruction look like?  What does your data show?
