“Slipperies” - My Key to Organization Contain All Sortie Information  Label With Sortie #  Store 104, Assignment Sheet  Store Message Slips  Store 104a, 104b  Store Everything! You’ll Need At Least 100

Then, the Binders … Red contains:  All Active Sorties  Available Assignments Gray contains:  Completed, Debriefed Sorties Blue contains:  Reference Info  Standard Forms  Custom Forms

The Sortie Cycle 1.Label a slippery, put it in the red binder. 2.Add the 104 & assignment, release sortie. 3.Add message slips, Post-Its, everything else. 4.Debrief, add 104a or 104b, other info. 5.Move slippery to gray binder.

Handling The Tasking Sheets “Bernie’s System*”  Have only one copy of each sheet.  Keep all tasks together as “available.”  Move a sheet to sortie slippery as they are assigned.  (SAREX) Move briefing sheet back to “available” after debrief.
