Personnel involved condition: No injury for both personnels and others Description On Tuesday, 08 August 2006 at 23:15, on Rig SZP#02, a foco truck was about to transport equipments (tool box and access control post). After loaded both equipments on the foco deck, the foco truck's operator forgot that the boom was still lengthen 75% of full length and the sling was still linked to access control's post hanger. He then continued to drive the truck towards PH-41, and after passed intersection (about 400 meters from access control's previous position) the boom cut off one of three over pass power line cable. The personnel managed to escape from the truck with no injury. Small spark of fire came out from cut-off power line cable which then burned grass (naturally extinguished in short time).
