WHAT IS THE AIM OF THE GAME? The aim of the game is to catch the frisbee in the opponents goal area.

ULTIMATE PITCH/COURT It can be played on different surfaces such as On grass, sand or indoors.

HOW MANY PLAYERS DOES AN ULTIMATE TEAM HAVE? OUTDOORS 7 INDOORS 5

BEGINNING OF THE GAME One team starts with the frisbee from their own goal area and throws it to the opposing team and they start to pass it.

ULTIMATE RULES I PLAYERS Can throw the frisbee in any direction. Can't run while holding the frisbee. Have 10 seconds to pass the frisbee.

ULTIMATE RULES II DEFENDERS Have to count the seconds out loud (one,two,three..) Have to maintain a distance of 1 meter from the opposing player. 1 METER

ULTIMATE RULES III THE WAYS TO CHANGE POSSESION If the frisbee touches the ground If the frisbee is out of bounds (limits) If a defender touches the frisbee in the air

LISTENING ACTIVITY ULTIMATE SKILLS – BASIC GRIPS BASIC FRISBEE TRHOW: STEP ONE: -Stand sideways. -Feet apart, the width of your shoulders. -Knees bent slightly. STEP TWO: -Look at your target. -Bring the frisbee into your chest. -Keep eye contact with yor target. STEP TRHEE: -Throw the frisbee while looking at your target., extending your elbow and your wrist. -Finish the throw pointing at your target.
