5  In the First Round regional chambers collected about 50 questionnaires (total about 800) and invited for interviews and tests about 30% of them  approx. 10 candidates from each regional chamber were recommended to the main office – KRIR in Warsaw (total approx. 160 persons)  KRIR invited all selected persons in 3 sessions of selection Recruitment Process in Poland

6  In the Second Round regional agricultural chambers distributed the announcement about the new recruitment process during agricultural events locally organized that time (e.g. agricultural fair, local agricultural chamber meetings, agricultural exhibitions – cattle fair, exhibition of agriculture machines, days of a field etc.).  In total appox farmers and persons associated with rural areas were informed  175 persons for the position of a pilot eFarmer were selected  The above number of pilot eFarmers was assigned to participated in training for the pilot eFarmers Recruitment Process in Poland

9 Pilot eFarmers are mainly agricultural advisors or employees of regional agricultural chambers  college/ university educated  have professional experience connected with the agriculture background and knowledge of the specific agriculture in each country  have knowledge of the CAP content-qualified capability to work with CAP documents and knowledge of rules of getting aid and support from EU sources  have presentation skills/ volume of demonstration activity and skills Recruitment Process in Poland – criteria of selection

10  testing the generic and country prototype of eFarmer Portal  making notes (written feedback) to the customization of the generic prototype  preparing eLearning materials for the next eFarmers  testing eLearning materials  cooperating in creating CAP content  supporting the eFarmer promotion campaign Recruitment and selection Process in Poland – main duties planned for the position of key pilot eFarmer

11  Regular meetings and discussions organized mainly in KRIR’s office  Verbal (during meetings) and Electronic exchange of comments related to the functionality of the eFarmer portal  Preparing reports on pilot eFarmers working on their local environments  Organizing Info Days and carrying on lectures and presentations  Collecting documentation needed for the Project Activities of pilot eFarmers as an example of their effective cooperation
