Annual Production Reporting for Microbreweries, Farm Wineries and Out-of-State Limited Wineries

Statutes Requiring Reporting A.R.S. § (B) – Farm Winery - Persons holding a farm winery license shall report annually at the end of each calendar year, at such time and in such manner as the director may prescribe, the amount of wine produced or manufactured by them during the calendar year. A.R.S. § (B) – Microbrewery - Persons holding a microbrewery license shall report annually at the end of each calendar year, at such time and in such manner as the director may prescribe, the amount of beer manufactured by them during the calendar year and the amount delivered pursuant to subsection D, paragraph 5, subdivision (b) of this section. A.R.S. § (B) – Craft Distillery - Persons holding a craft distiller license shall report annually at the end of each calendar year, at such time and in such manner as the director may prescribe, the amount of distilled spirits that is produced or manufactured by that licensee during the calendar year.
