Background Based on Azerbaijan Lending Manual and other documents from Eurasia Reviewed and edited by team made up of regional COOs, Internal Control, and HUB staff Includes all relevant credit department policies and procedures Serves as a regional template, to be adjusted to fit each countries needs – adjustments will be approved by HUB before implementation
Subsidiary Implementation HUB will provide: -CDM Template – English Versions – by August 30 th -CDM Template – Spanish Version/ French – TBD -Attachments – English Versions – by August 30 th Subsidiaries will develop and administer in Smartsheet: -Sub CDM – English Version with track changes -Attachments in Spanish or French ( no need to adjust the engl. Version) -CDM –in English & attachments must be Hub approved before BOD
Implementation Process Training and Implementation in Q Level 3: Follow-up Training and compliance Follow training for all Credit Department employees Written tests on knowledge and understanding of CDM Internal Control compliance review and report Level 2: Region-wide implementation of all remaining Policies and Procedures Subsidiary proposal for HUB 30 January 2013 Manual to BOD: 30 March 2012 Training April 2013 Implementation 30 May 13 Level 1 - Region-wide implementation of Key Lending Policies and Procedures Subsidiary proposal for HUB 15 October 2012 Manual to BOD: 30 November 2012 Implementation 1 February 2013 Training January 2013
Implementation Level Details During Level 1 Implementation: Each 1 st Level chapter must be adjusted and implemented in full, no parts or attachments can be left out for later review. Content of 2 nd Level chapters can be marked as “TBD”. Overall document structure and the headlines must remain unchanged in numbering and naming. During Level 2 Implementation: Remaining parts must be adjusted to Subsidiary needs Specific chapters or subparts can be left out or shorten based in Hub approval.
