EUROPEAN NETWORK OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION ENTERPRISES  ARTENAVE - IPSS for the social integration and professional of vulnerable and at risk audiences through leisure, housing and work.  Average annual budget of ,00€;  26 workers with a non fixed-term contract and 7 with a fixed-term contract serving 45 people with disabilities, (20 in housing and 15 in training) and 55 external clients (agricultural producers and other economic actors);  It acts on a poor rural region (63% purchase power/ national capita), low population density (46h/Km2) and weakened by the aging of the population (aging index: 159,2). EUROPEAN NETWORK OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION ENTERPRISES The WISE  WISE (ECONAVE) since 2000/ Revoked by the decree DL 13/15 January 26th;  From its current 9 workers, 5 are being integrated in the agricultural sector;  Ongoing study/ business plans for a new model to provide services in the agricultural sector and environmental sector.

EUROPEAN NETWORK OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION ENTERPRISES IOD – (Intervention sur l’offre et la demande) – Intervention in the offer and demand (of a job)  A free-of-charge service for SME’s (recruitment and human resources);  Professional integration of vulnerable audiences, through economic activity;  A partnership of organisations and networking of social actors and economic agents; IOD Methodology

EUROPEAN NETWORK OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION ENTERPRISES  Is developed by TRANSFER Association(Bordeaux- France);  ARTENAVE plans to implement it locally for the work integration of people facing difficulties entering the labour market and propose it to RESIT for implementation on a national level;  Through an agreement, currently being negotiated with TRANSFER;  We await for public funding for the Pilot Team of IA (integration agents) and its replication. EUROPEAN NETWORK OF SOCIAL INTEGRATION ENTERPRISES DLBC – Local development of communitary basis  ARTENAVE saw in DLBC the possibility to fulfil its Strategic Plan;  Developed a proposal that was presented to Association Beira Douro (ABD);  The proposal hangs on professional and social integration through 4 actions: 1. Presentation, negotiation and subscription of individuals kits of monitoring (people at risk of social exclusion); 2. Creation and functioning of a team of integration agents; 3. Making workers available to individual farmers and agricultural business men (training people and providing services); 4. Placement of long-term unemployed in companies and identification of new job posts
