مراحل تخطيط البرنامج الإرشادي

An effective agricultural extension organization is critically important in this situation, especially in less industrialized countries. There are also many problems which decrease the effectiveness of these organizations in some, but not in all countries, including: 1. Appropriate technology is not available to extend to the farmers. 2. There are no effective linkages between extension organizations and agricultural research institutions. 3. Field-level personnel lack practical training in agricultural technology. 4. Extension personnel lack training in extension methods and communication skills. 5. Field-level extension personnel lack adequate transport facilities (i.e. mobility) to reach farmers effectively. 6. Extension personnel lack essential teaching and communication equipment. 7. Due to organizational problems, extension personnel have many other tasks besides extension work. 8. Extension personnel lack essential teaching aids, bulletins, demonstration materials and so on.
