Who Am I? Before I joined maandag®: I studied Human Resource Management. For 3 years I worked as a Career Coach at Alexander Calder. Today: I work as a Recruiter at maandag®, specialised in sourcing, recruiting, and qualifying technical candidates in construction and civil engineering, building efficient and complete workforce solutions.

Recruiting & Marketing Employer Branding - the image of your organization as a ‘great place to work’ in the mind of current employees and key stakeholders in the external market. Personal branding - is the process whereby people and their careers are marked as brands.

Marketing yourself with social media As recruiting and sourcing professionals, we cannot deny the fact that we’re also salespeople, marketeers, PR folks ! It’s part of our job – we need to find, attract, and engage our target audience and make them feel that what we have to offer is superior than what our competitors bring to the table.

Tools and Resources How do I start writing? - Start reading others and expose yourself to many styles of writing. - Writing comments on others posts. - Writing on other peoples platforms (like blogs). - Writing on your own platforms.

Tools and Resources Time management is all about priorities! Building your structures in a good way will save you time later in the maintenance part.

Tools and Resources It’s all about the content! Be on top of your file and be an expert! 1)Open RSS reader and be updated with what is new. 2) Write your own content or customize others. *Content can be posts, comments, videos and pictures.

Tools and Resources Don’t be annoying! Pass your massage in a creative a innovative way! 1)Not every on-line space is a job board, mix up your massage! 2) Do you know the desperate marketeer ? Yes The one who keeps pumping you SPAM. 3) Don’t steal others content! Give credit.
