President’s Report – Bob Parker I have met with or spoken to approximately 90% of our summer league. Feed back has been very positive. Summer League contracts have been mailed out. The only change is that we will now be receiving a half fee in the event of a weather related cancellation. In the event that the officials were not notify within two hours of the game time. AD’s have been ask to call game officials in the event of a weather cancellation. Met with coaches about our fees for scrimmages.

Grievance – Scott Auster No grievances at this time.

Scholarship Committee – Jeff Earle Rename the Current Scholarship to The Bill Benzing Memorial Scholarship present by the WCUA. The renaming has full support of the The Benzing Family and the Executive of the WCUA 100% of Executive Committee has agree to Pledge One Game Fee. Scholarship to be funded by the Members of the Association. Increase the Scholarship to $1000. A new Bank Account will be set up in the name of the fund and monies will only be used for the Scholarship. Each Member is be ask to make a pledge to this new fund.
