Cyber-Preparedness Cybersecurity is required by NERC regulations to conduct an exercise of our Incident Response Plan annually We bring in external entities to train our cybersecurity response personnel – twice in 2014 We participate in nationwide electric utility exercises (GridEx I & II, CyberStorm, ICS-CERT drills, California National Guard “CyberGuard Exercise”) We send our cybersecurity personnel to extensive training that often includes exercises to mitigate cybersecurity attacks 6
