3 Why to use electronic services ?  simple access to the account without a need to visit a branch office  it is possible to use electronic services from any place in the world if there is a telephone or Internet available,  electronic services are available 24 hours a day,7 days a week  lower price in comparison to the payment order set in the branch,  fast and convenient way to obtain the information about new Tatra bank’s products

4 Electronic banking services Primary services: Telebanking/Multicash, Internet banking and DIALOG Complementary services: Mobil banking, B-mail, Daily account statements via , i:deposit, i:key.

5 What does IB enable? IB enables to check the current account balance from your location, possibility to check the account activity, to perform payment order (domestic, foreign, permanent and multiple), to set b-mail, 1to1campaigns – i:expert, to export the account movements into the company accounting sw to create an i:deposit, to obtain the actual credit card information, to use an electronic signature – i:key.

6 What information Dialog provides ? GRID card identification:  information about the balance and account movements,  possibility to set in-bank and inter-bank payment orders,  cross currency transfers,  standing payment orders,  ordering, changing and canceling electronic services,  increasing/decreasing daily limit of the bank card,  setting, changing and canceling bank card insurance contract,  bank card canceling.

7 Complementary electronic services: B-mail  generating messages (about the balance and the account activity, not - executed payment)  in form of an SMS message to GSM mobile phone,  in form of an message to an address.

8 Complementary electronic services: Mobil banking  it enables client to have his current account at disposal via mobile phone that supports SIM Toolkit technology,  advantage of fast access,  service provided to accounts managed in SKK or foreign currency Mobil banking offers: setting domestic payment order with the same day value information about balance and account movements in SKK or foreign currency, Every operation is confirmed by SMS message

10 i:key – electronic signature  used with the Internet banking service,  it is based on electronic signature technology /asymmetric cryptography – public and private keys/,  by using i:key it is possible to import payments directly from account system of companies to bank applications,  payment orders are processed on-line,  authorization of payments is secured by electronic signature which is saved on a chip card and protected by PIN code, that only client knows

11 Advantages of using i:key discount from booking item fee IMPORT payments / so-called batch payments / directly from client’s accounting system to the bank applications, real-time processing of payments orders, retrospective reviewing of batch payments.
