Project Development III: Technical Requirements to fill in the Project Application Form 6  Follow instructions  Fill in only WHITE fields  Keep the language easy to understand  No ERROR messages (section II.2. Lead Partner’s signature)  Print entire AF and submit bounded  Use MS Excel Windows to fill in the Application Form

Submitting of Project Application I  Lead Partner submits  Cover Letter, with list of contents;  Application Form (bound!)  Lead Partner and Partner/s declarations  Supporting documents, if relevant (Feasibility Study /technical documentation for construction works, etc.) Programm Manual 5.2 chapter 7

Submitting of Project Application II  By post– date of postal stamp – no later than 12 February 2010 or personally bring the documents to the Secretariat in Riga, Ausekla 14-8, until 12 February 2010 at 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and  By until 12 February 2010 at 2:00 p.m.  as e-document, signed by valid electronic signature (only Application Form) 8 Project applications submitted after the set deadline will not be assessed.
