Submitting of Project Application II By post– date of postal stamp – no later than 12 February 2010 or personally bring the documents to the Secretariat in Riga, Ausekla 14-8, until 12 February 2010 at 9:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. and By until 12 February 2010 at 2:00 p.m. as e-document, signed by valid electronic signature (only Application Form) 8 Project applications submitted after the set deadline will not be assessed.
