Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina 7 The eAdmnistration Strategy of Provincial Authorities has considered current situation in the fields relevant for the introduction of eAdministration of provincial authorities. This strategic document established the basic goal and principles, as well as the vision and action plans with the timeframes for the implementation of projects.

Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina 8 The envisaged timeframe for the implementation of projects has been established on a 1. short-term basis (by the end of 2007), 2. mid-term basis (2008/2009) and 3. long-term basis (2010/2013). Action plan identifies and defines: 16 projects and 14 sub-projects

Government of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina 9 Action plan provides for all projects and sub- projects: project identification, objectives, detailed description, main tasks and phases; implementation time-frame estimates (starting date, ending date), cost estimate project type, indicators for results assessment risk evaluation
