You can have different signatures that automatically apply to new outgoing mail or replies only, or many different signatures that you manually select and apply at will. The signature you create can be customized using formatting tools common in MS Word, such as bold, italics and underline. You can select the font, font size and font color with no restrictions on how many of each is used in your signature. In the desktop Outlook application you can add images, such as.gif or.tif files, to your signature. This feature is often used to include your organization’s logo, as well as other affiliation icons in your signature. Images can be used as the click through image for a hyperlink in your signature also, often used for social media and to provide direct access to your website. Create an Outlook Web App signature You can create signatures in Outlook that can be either manually or automatically applied to outgoing . You can have different signatures that automatically apply to new outgoing mail or replies only, or many different signatures that you manually select and apply at will. The signature you create can be customized using formatting tools common in MS Word, such as bold, italics and underline. Create and add an message signature in Outlook desktop If you use both Outlook Web App and Outlook, you need to create a signature in each. Create a signature 1.In Outlook Web App, click Settings > Options. 2.In Options, click Settings > Mail. 3.Under signature, in the text box, type the signature you want to use. Use the formatting bar to format the font as you want it to appear. 4.If you want your signature to display at the bottom of all outgoing items, including replies and forwards, select Automatically include my signature on messages I send. If you don’t select this option, you can add your signature to a message manually to any message. For details, see Manually add a signature to a new message. 5.Click Save.
