Contents Features with email Email etiquette Compressing files with a zip Email with zip Saving emails and files Setting up a group email Email errors Email signature Setting up a auto reply Using the address book

Features with email Reply you answer or talk back to the person Forward – you get the email and you can pass the same information to someone else like an information sheet for an event with time on for example. Cc… - carbon copy it is where you send the letter but also goes to the places who you want to see the email. Bcc… - you send the email so they can see it but the others who it was sent to don’t know that the person in the bcc got the letter. Attachment – it is where you add something for example a picture or a video

Email Etiquette Always have a sensible name Don’t write in capitals because it can look like you are angry at them. Proof read Avoid slang Don’t you short words like plz Make sure you get to the point of emails Always start of with a good mood like hello how are you.
