Tipperary Co. Co. COM Path Motion put to Council in January 2015 Passed at February 2015 meeting “That this council would declare itself a signatory to the European Covenant of Mayors that would commit this Council going beyond the objectives set by the EU for 2020, reducing the CO 2 emissions from energy with respect to the County of Tipperary, to submit a sustainable energy action plan including a detailed baseline emissions analysis and submit on-going implementation reports”
Objective of Tipperary SEAP (TEAP) Maximising funding and investment for sustainable energy in Tipperary To reduce energy related CO 2 To provide a local economic stimulus now and forever.
