 By the end of the session, each of you will be able to: ◦ List the distractions that keep you from being most productive when studying for your online courses. ◦ Identify strategies that will work for you. ◦ Set goals for using study time more effectively and efficiently.

 Brainstorming Activity ◦ You are sitting at your computer, knowing that what you should be doing is your online course homework. ◦ Write in the text box any activity that you are doing either on or around your computer that is distracting you from your coursework. Are you playing computer games, shopping online, watching soaps etc.
