 By the end of the session, each of you will be able to: ◦ List the distractions that keep you from being most productive when studying for your online courses. ◦ Identify strategies that will work for you. ◦ Set goals for using study time more effectively and efficiently.

 Brainstorming Activity ◦ You are sitting at your computer, knowing that what you should be doing is your online course homework. ◦ Write in the text box any activity that you are doing either on or around your computer that is distracting you from your coursework.
