What we expect The 1 st year on a base support – See face to face with 16 people a week – Visits that moves thing forward New presentation Follow up quotes New designs – Cold call 5 new customers a day Leave card---qualify---phone voice mail – Phone follow ups on quotes orders etc. – Simple report on these activities
Compensation A modest base salary – Based on test results and resume Benefits 40 % of profit Commission on top base Real Possibilities – $50K 1 st year – $100k 2 nd year – $200-$300k 3 to 5 years out.
