NSTX-U NSTXU Construction Progress – April 25th, Recent Accomplishments & work underway Neutral Beam DI piping contract completed and tested. HVE water line installation has been completed in NTC. Flexible hoses for the HVE lines can now be measured and fabricated. Pipe connections to the DI water pumps continued in the Pump Room. Neutral Beam cabling contract completed. NB duct installation completed Neutral Beam Armor installed VV feet installation complete. PF 4/5 support installation complete. Torquing of the upper outer TF support weldments to their final torque levels has been completed The installation of the MPTS vacuum interfaces has been completed and they have passed leak check Center stack casing stud installation complete and ready for PF 1B installation (PFC’s to follow) CS pedestal prefit completed RF antennas removed. Center compliant conductor posts delivery in April. Installation in MAY.  Diagnostics incl racks and cabling re-installation underway  Bus bar fabrication continues... trial fit-ups under the vessel continue  2 PCHERS passive plates being fabricated by Major Tool with delivery expected May.  PFC installation started in the vacuum vessel.  DCPS stage I testing continued using the Autotester (AT) and waveform input files  Startup planning underway with PPPL Activity Certification Committee (ACC) and Operational Readiness Assessment
