Intro to HR Review 1.The three key features of defining Human Resources are the external environment, the performing of HR functions and successful organizational outcomes. 2.Motivation and effort are types of human capital. 3.Credibility is not an important trait for a human resource professional to possess. 4.HR professionals should be a business ally.

Refusing to do work that is dangerous is related to an employee’s right of privacy. 7.
