D A C C Dreaming And Challenging Company

- Index  Introduce the Company.  What are products company produce.  K-1 component  What is the autoclave?  RTM process  Q & A

- Introduce Company.

- Pruducts  High Temperature composite Plane Break Disk - *F-16BLCOK 32 *F-16BLCOK 52 Car - *Carbon-Ceramic Break

- Products.  Flying project. -B767, 787 Bonding component. -The defense industry project KDX1,2 S2-Glass S2-Ceramic

- Customers.

Product.  K-1 component  How to making??? Autoclave!!!

- What is the autoclave?  Autoclave is equipment.  Autoclave transformation >> Heat + pressure >> composite deformation - Very generally deformation process. -For example) - Many Spun glasses pile up and packing (all of handmade) - autoclave is operate - packing inside is vaccum! and very strong product - If packed spun glasses was created hole, this product is badness !! so!! This work is very detail.

- How to operate autoclave?  Composite pile up  Handling packing and checking vaccum point  Connect hosepipe (pipe inspiration air >>vaccum)  Autoclave programming setting(time, pressure temperature) – many time check pressure!!  4:00

- R T M process  Most plane and high technical composite was used autoclave. That is very expensive and low productivity.  RTM process is 3D-preform pile up and used vaccum pressure. This process is all area join together. So product more stronger and high productivity.
