(a) Collection Team – Responsible for collecting relief materials and establishing contacts, gathering information about needs. (b) Allocation Team - Responsible for allocation and distibution of supplies and volunteers to affected areas (Nagai, Cuddalore, Kalpakkam, Kanyakumari and Chennai) (c) Field Team – Responsible for relief work in the affected areas (d) Volunteer and Work Coordination Team – Responsible for assigning tasks to volunteers.
