Introduction Myanmar has conducted MICS Survey 5 times – 1995, 1997, 2000, 2003, 2009 with the assistance of UNICEF. Objectives: To provide up-to-date information in the situation of children and women; to access health; nutrition; education, maternal care of women, water and sanitation and child well-being to measure the country’s progress towards the MDGs goals

Conclusion Monitoring and Evaluation is the effective tool for any kind of project Documentation is important for every process Take lessons and apply for effective implementation Result based oriented is best practice for policy formulation
