Final Format Check, cont. Two spaces after periods, unless they are only used for abbreviation or are separating volume and issue for journal articles. Only one space everywhere else, including after the colon before page numbers. Abbreviate all months to 3 letters, except May, June, and July Date order: day Mon. year Period at the end of each entry.
